Used them for 30 years in many commercial projects. Great pricing, great work and great character. Referred this company to many other large management companies like Beachfront and RTI - all very happy and long term customers. SB Paving around for 75+ years as a family business in the South Bay.SB Paving only does commerical work from my experience. The negative reviews are, in my opinion garbage from angry people who were inconvienced when work was being complated - NOT actual customers.

I had them asphalt a parking lot, stripe it and add handicap parking. They gave a great price and worked quickly. They also provided me with good customer service and follow up. I would definitely recommend them.
